We offer the following information to make your visit to Michele's Day Spa positively enjoyable and as stress-free as possible.

To reserve a time that is best for you, please call well in advance.  It is best to book your next visit at the end of your current session.  Same day calls are welcomed and accommodated upon availability.  You may also book an appointment on line and we would respond shortly to confirm your reservation.  Appointments are held with a credit card.

If it's your first spa visit, let us know.  When you first call for reservations, just tell us if it's your first time and we would be happy to talk to you about our various treatments and what to expect.

Shaving on the day of receiving your Sea Salt body Treatment may cause a stinging sensation.  However, if you inadvertently shave, we have alternate exfoliating treatments.

Bring sandals if you're getting a pedicure.  Remember your toenails will need time to dry, so you don't want to put shoes on after your pedicure.

Allow the therapist to perform a service as reserved and timed.

Give the therapist feedback as to your comfort and special troubled areas.

Relax … that's generally why you are in the spa. Enjoy, benefit and allow others to "do for you".

Know that you are in a professional spa therapy operation and do not expect anything other than therapeutic or spa services.

Share public space respectfully with other spa goers.  Relax, yet respect that the room must be prepared and used for the next client; so know that you must vacate your treatment room upon completion of service or within a reasonable amount of time.

Give honest feedback to the therapist, owner, receptionist, etc., as operational personnel want to know if your spa experiences were as expected as to your comfort and special troubled areas.

Stay hydrated.  Take advantage of the complimentary beverages in the spa.

At Michele's Day Spa, we believe that you have the right to know about every product that we use.  Please do not hesitate to ask questions.  And once again, we encourage your suggestions.
